Check the failure pattern before changing suppliers
List affected references, quantities and the actual reason reported: bracket mismatch, pipe position, incorrect application, damage or leakage. Photographs and measurements make a complaint more actionable than a general statement that the part does not fit.
Compare the affected unit with the approved drawing or sample and the removed original part when available. Keep different causes separate so a catalog correction is not confused with a production issue.
Set approval points before production and shipment
Agree the reference, application, key dimensions and connection layout for each SKU. When sample approval is required, identify the sample and record the approved revision before release.
Ask which inspection records will be available and agree any project-specific inspection requirements in writing. Confirm carton labels and SKU identification against the packing list so similar variants are not mixed during receiving.
Prepare an evidence-based quality case
Send the purchase order or invoice, part reference, affected quantity, batch code, labels and clear photos or video. Explain the installation conditions and when the issue was first found. Retain the affected unit for review and follow the agreed handling instructions.
UIN's support process accepts application and quality-case information for review. Warranty coverage, claim handling, testing and any remedy depend on the actual order terms and investigation; this guide does not promise a particular outcome.
