Those third-party names identify catalog cross-references; they do not imply affiliation or official approval by those brands. What if I only have another aftermarket brand's number?
Send the brand and complete reference exactly as printed, together with the vehicle application and any original-part photos. Keep the brand name in a separate column so a number is not mistaken for an OE reference. Selected heater-core records publish these fields; equivalent coverage must not be assumed for every radiator, condenser or other product family.
For example, the published heater-core record for OE 60779470, ALFA ROMEO 166 (936), contains Nissens 70015, AVA AL6015 and NRF 53564. This is an example of recorded lookup fields, not a current-stock statement or an independently validated interchangeability claim. Check pipe layout, dimensions, housing interfaces and the exact vehicle variant before approval.
What if my existing supplier only covers one product family?
Prepare a gap list that separates parts already supplied from the additional categories you need. Hongdao lists radiators, condensers, intercoolers, heater cores, evaporators and oil coolers, but the presence of a product-family overview does not establish coverage for every reference. Mark each requested item as a catalog candidate, an application requiring review, or a potential development enquiry.
Ask for an availability and specification response on each line rather than requesting a blanket commitment to supply an entire vehicle range. Parts from different families still require their own OE and physical checks; a shared vehicle model does not establish that they form a matched set.
How do I compare a consolidated order with separate purchases?
Compare the confirmed SKU coverage, sample and inspection requirements, packaging, per-SKU minimum quantities and the proposed shipment plan. Ask which items can share a schedule and how a delayed or unresolved item would affect the rest of the order.
If you are changing suppliers, use a defined approval and replenishment plan for the affected references. Retain the agreed specification, label and batch requirements so a change in supplier does not silently change the part definition. Mixed-category review is not a promise that every requested item can ship together.
Plan a multi-category and packaging programme
Hongdao lists radiators, condensers, intercoolers, heater cores, evaporators and oil coolers. Tell us which SKUs and quantities you want to combine. The team can review UIN or private-label packaging and a mixed-category shipment. The company has advised an MOQ of 20 and a typical 40–50-day lead time, but the unit basis, SKU mix, stock or development status, artwork approval and shipping plan must be confirmed in a written quotation; they are not unconditional terms for every item.
Visit the Guangzhou factory by appointment
The factory is in Shawan Town, Panyu District, Guangzhou. Buyers travelling to the Canton Fair may request an appointment and a route from their actual hotel or exhibition venue. We do not publish a fixed driving time because traffic and starting points vary.
