Product protection
Confirm protection for fins, connections, tanks, brackets, and loose accessories. Packaging should limit movement and contact between parts while remaining practical for inspection and handling.
Unit and outer labels
Agree the customer item number, OE reference, description, quantity, barcode format where required, country marking, carton number, and any language or retailer-specific label before printing.
Packing records
Keep the approved label, packing instruction, carton quantity, pallet arrangement, and photos of the finished packing. Match the packing list and shipping documents to the final quantities.
Confirm project-specific requirements
Pallet material, fumigation or treatment evidence, moisture protection, drop or compression expectations, and destination-market rules should be confirmed for the actual shipment rather than assumed from a previous order.
