What photos should I send?
Photograph the complete part from the front and back on a plain background. Add close-ups of the inlet and outlet, brackets, locating pins and any label or stamped reference. Keep the orientation consistent so the supplier can relate each detail to the complete assembly.
- Complete front and rear views
- Pipe and connection close-ups with a ruler where practical
- Mounting points, brackets and locating features
- Labels, stamped numbers and packaging references
Which measurements and vehicle details matter?
Provide the make, model, production year, engine, transmission and destination market. Include a VIN or chassis reference when available; these details support review but do not replace confirmation against the actual part.
State core width, height and thickness separately from overall assembly dimensions. Record connection positions and sizes, and show where each measurement was taken. Note any repairs or damage that could distort the old sample.
What happens if several catalog parts look similar?
Keep each candidate separate until the unresolved feature is checked. Ask for a marked drawing or comparison photographs, then record which reference and drawing revision you approve. If a dimension or interface cannot be established from the evidence, discuss whether sample review is needed.
UIN's online radiator and condenser catalogs provide starting references. A proposed match is subject to application review, availability and written quotation; identification from photographs alone is not a fitment guarantee.
