Part identification
List the product family, OE number, supplier reference, customer item number, and vehicle application. Add photos, drawings, dimensions, or sample information when the reference is incomplete.
Technical requirement
Identify material, construction, included accessories, testing or documentation needs, labeling, and any approved sample or drawing. Do not assume that two catalog references include the same fittings.
Commercial requirement
State enquiry quantity, estimated annual demand where useful, destination country, packaging and labeling requirements, target timing, and whether the request is for quotation, sample, or production planning.
Keep confirmation separate
A quotation should record open technical points rather than hiding them. Final price, stock, lead time, certification documents, and project-specific tests should be confirmed for the current order.
