Fitment control

A/C Condenser Fitment Checks Before Placing an Order

Fitment errors usually occur when a single reference is accepted without checking the production period or physical configuration. A short confirmation process can prevent avoidable sampling and installation problems.

Reference and vehicle check

Compare the primary OE reference and any alternate numbers with the exact vehicle application. Model year alone may be insufficient when a production change occurs within the same year.

  • OE and alternate references
  • VIN or chassis where available
  • Engine
  • Production date
  • Left- or right-hand-drive market when relevant

Dimension and connection check

Measure the core separately from the overall assembly and note the measurement method. Confirm inlet and outlet positions, fitting shape, pipe angle, receiver-drier position, and any pressure-sensor port.

  • Core width, height and thickness
  • Overall mounting span
  • Connection position and type
  • Receiver-drier side
  • Bracket and sensor provisions

Approval before volume ordering

For a new or uncertain application, confirm drawings, detailed photos, or a sample before volume supply. Record the approved reference so later orders use the same basis.

This guide supports parts identification and enquiry preparation. Final fitment, specifications, availability, testing, price, and delivery must be confirmed for the specific application and order.
